I Right to Return Without Reason (Cooling-Off Period)

1. Return Period: You have the right to unilaterally terminate the sales contract and apply for a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the purchased bag, without giving any reason. This period is calculated from the date you or your designated third party (non-carrier) actually sign for the goods. If we have not clearly and prominently informed you of this right before the transaction, the return period will be automatically extended to 1 year and 14 days.

2. Return Conditions: Returned bags must meet the following conditions to ensure resaleability:

  • The item is unused and unworn, with no wear, tear, stains, deformation, or scratches.
  • The original packaging (including box and dust bag) is intact and undamaged, not opened, altered, or damaged.
  • All tags, labels, certificates of conformity, and all accessories (such as hardware, shoulder straps, warranty cards, etc.) are complete and undamaged.
  • The item has not undergone any form of modification, repair, or processing.

3. Return Shipping Costs: For returns not due to quality issues, the return shipping cost is borne by you. For convenient returns, you can obtain the return label from our official logistics partner through the return portal on our website. Related logistics costs will be calculated together with the refund or paid directly to the logistics company by you. If you choose a non-official logistics company, you must use a trackable logistics service and retain the logistics receipt. We are not responsible for any losses, delays, or damages caused by the logistics.

II Quality Issues and Compliance Guarantee for Returns and Exchanges

1. Statutory Warranty Period: All our bags come with a minimum 2-year statutory warranty period, calculated from the date you receive the goods. Some EU member states may offer longer protection periods, subject to local regulations. If a quality defect appears within one year of receipt, it will be presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery, and you will not need to provide additional proof; in some member states, this presumption period is extended to 2 years, subject to local regulations.

2. Scope of Quality Defects: The following situations are considered quality issues, and you can apply for processing according to your legal rights:

  • Cracks, damage, delamination, fading, uneven dyeing, etc., in the bag's fabric or leather;
  • Damage, deformation, malfunction, or detachment of hardware accessories (such as zippers, buckles, rivets, etc.);
  • Loose, fraying, or broken stitching, affecting the normal use of the product;
  • Significant discrepancies between the actual style, material, size, etc., of the product and the description or promotional content on our official website.

3. Handling Method: If the bag has the above-mentioned quality issues, you can contact our customer service within the warranty period, providing order information and clear photos/videos of the product defect as proof. We will provide you with one of the following solutions, and all related costs will be borne by us:

  • Free Repair: Free repair of the product within a reasonable time, and the repair process will not cause you significant inconvenience;
  • Replacement: If repair is not feasible, cannot be completed within a reasonable time, or is still unusable after repair, we will replace it with a brand new bag of the same model and specifications; if the same model is unavailable, we can replace it with another style of equal value or provide a full refund;
  • Partial or Full Refund: Depending on the severity of the product defect, we will provide a partial or full refund; if you have used the product for a period of time, the refund amount will be reasonably calculated based on the usage time and the severity of the defect.

4. Shipping Costs: For returns and exchanges due to quality issues, we will bear all round-trip shipping costs. When returning goods, you must first pay the shipping fee (if applicable), and then send the shipping fee receipt to our customer service after shipping. We will refund the shipping fee when processing the return/exchange.

III Circumstances under which returns/exchanges are not accepted

We reserve the right to refuse your return/exchange request in the following circumstances:

  • Return/exchange requests exceeding the no-reason return period or the statutory quality guarantee period;
  • The goods do not meet the no-reason return conditions stipulated in these terms or the requirements for providing evidence of quality issues;
  • Damage to the goods caused by your improper use or storage, such as accidental impact, contact with corrosive substances, failure to maintain according to the care instructions, etc.;
  • Reasonable wear, aging, or consumption of the goods due to normal use;
  • The returned goods do not match the goods sold by us, or there is malicious damage, substitution of goods and accessories, or other fraudulent behavior.

IV Return and Exchange Process

1. Application Initiation: You must submit a return and exchange application within the corresponding period through the following methods:

  • Website Application: Log in to ggtytrade.com, go to "My Orders," select the corresponding order, and submit the return and exchange application, while uploading relevant supporting documents (for quality issues, please attach photos/videos of the defects);
  • Email Application: Send an email to user@ggtytrade.com, with the subject line "EU Return and Exchange + Order Number," and the body of the email explaining the reason for the return and exchange, product information, and contact information, along with relevant supporting documents.

2. Review and Confirmation: We will complete the review within 3 business days of receiving the application. The review result will be notified to you via email or website message. After the review is approved, you will be informed of the specific return address and subsequent operation instructions.

3. Return of Goods: You must return the goods to our designated address within 7 calendar days after the review is approved (the return address within the EU will be provided after the review is approved). Please include a note with your order information, including your order number, name, and contact information, in the package when returning the item.

4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will complete the inspection within 5 business days. If the item meets the return/exchange conditions, we will immediately arrange a refund or exchange:

  • Refund: We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 business days after the inspection is passed (shipping fees will also be refunded for quality issues). The refund arrival time depends on the processing cycle of the payment platform and bank. We will send a confirmation email after the refund is processed.
  • Exchange: We will arrange to send a new product as soon as possible after the inspection is passed. We will notify you of the tracking number via email after shipment.

V Special Notes

  • 1. Second-hand Goods: If you purchased a second-hand bag from us, it still enjoys a quality guarantee period of at least 1 year. The specific period can be agreed upon separately by both parties at the time of the transaction, but it must not be shorter than 1 year and must be clearly indicated in the order.
  • 2. Commercial Warranty: If we offer additional commercial warranties (such as extended warranty services) for some bags, this warranty will not affect your statutory 2-year quality guarantee right. If the commercial warranty terms are lower than the statutory standard, the statutory standard shall prevail.
  • 3. Customs and Taxes: When returning goods, please indicate "Returned Goods" and the corresponding order number on the customs declaration form to avoid additional customs duties or import taxes. Taxes incurred due to incorrect declaration information will be borne by the responsible party.
  • 4. Dispute Resolution: If you disagree with the return/exchange processing result, you can first negotiate with our customer service. If the negotiation fails, you can file a complaint with the consumer protection agency or relevant regulatory department of your member state, or resolve the matter through legal channels.
  • 5. Terms Updates: These terms will be updated promptly according to changes in relevant EU and member state regulations. The latest version will be published on our official website. Transactions after the latest version is published will be subject to the updated terms.
